J. Lee Bearden has served this county in the Arkansas House of Representatives for the past three terms and has made an outstanding member in that body, winning distinction for himself and the county he so well represents. .He has the respect of all of his colleagues, and has been a leader in helping to pass some beneficial legislation. 3 _ HIS RECORD....
