Waite Park Council To Enforce Action Regarding Fire Calls Announcement was made today by the village council that action taken by the group at a meeting last is to be fully enforced. During a regular meeting of the council, it was decided that drivers of any vehicles interfering with the operations of the fire department equipment on calls are to be arrested and fined. No cars or motor driven vehicles are to follow the trucks by a dis-ance any closer than 100 feet. Nor are they to crowd, park or travel in such a manner as to produce any interference.

Parking nea; fire hydrants, particularly during a duty call, will be considered an offense of the same calibre. "We of the village council hope that the public will realize the dangers and the slowing down of the fire truck or trucks involved when motor driven vehicles interfere when such fire runs must be made by our George Pfannenstein, village clerk, said. "Wj sincerely hope that such Interferences will stop at once, so that the fire department will be given whole-hearted cooperation of proceeding to the fire call with all traffic giving full consideration about such he added.
