Adult Literature Class at Library An adult literature course taught by Del Knauer, Hutchinson High School senior English teacher, under the sponsorship of the Hutchinson Public Li brary, will begin Oct. 5. FROM HOUSEWIFE TO SOCIAL WORKER — Carrie Snodgrass, Oscar-nominee for her role in "Diary of a Mad Housewife," will star as a vibrant, somewhat "kookie" social worker who can solve other people's prob­ lems but can't recognize love when it appears before her own eyes in "World Premiere: The Impatient Heart" on "NBC World Premiere Movie," over NBC-TV Friday, Oct. 8, 7:30 p.m. The class will meet on every other Tuesday evening at 7:30 in the second floor conference room of the library tli rough May of the coming year. There will be no charge for the class. "Contemporary Literature" is the title Knauer is giving to the course that he taught for six years under the title of "Modern Novels." The use of guest speakers who are specialists in the subjects described in the books to be discussed by class members is another change Knauer plans for this year.
