The young developer gave $80,000 for the wedge of land located south of Dixon Blvd. and west of the Florida East Coast Railroad tracks.

The land was sold by Walter and Ruth Johnson. SECOND LARGEST sale of the week found Marshall Breeze Provost paying to Grace II. Smith and Arlene and A. L. Wooten for land and buildings in downtown Cocoa.

The buildings are now occupied by the Smith and Wooten automobile firm. Max Brewer and Edwin Willis paid $68,000 to Earl and Dorothy Meyer for a tract of land bordering both sides of State Rd.
