The five, who had been charged with loitering, were described by the woman judge as "decent and employable." FROGNAPPERS SAN FRANCISCO (UPI) — Steinhart Aquarium officials reported Tuesday what may be the first case of frognapping. Alvin, one of only 24 recorded albino bullfrogs, disappeared from his private pool two. days ago. He was described as eight inches long, three-quarters of a pound, golden in color and penetrating pink eyes. FALSE ALARM .-LATHROP, Calif. Frank, former steel executive and World War_ II administrator of the War" Production Board. Frank, 74, died Saturday in doctors hospital-after a long illness. LOS ANGELES (UPI) —Funeral services were to be held this afternoon at Hillside Memorial Cemetery for Max Alexander, 56, producer of more than 100 motion pictures.
