24 SATURDAY; APRIL 14,2001 THE SALINA UOURNAL Tune in Tomorrow Soap opera summaries for April 9-13 By Nancy Relchardt • United Feature Syndicate • ALL MY CHILDREN: After Gillian and Ryan exchanged vows in a ceremony at Wildwind, a mystery person destroyed the flowers left in ttie family chapel. Eugenia noted a photo of Alex was missing while the mysterious person roamed around Wildwind. Anna had another memory of Robert Scorpio (her husband) while fantasizing about a past wedding. Edmund told Anna and Bart that they had to leave the Wildwind turret because Ryan and Gillian were spending their wedding night there. Brooke suspected Edmund is having an affair with Alex after she saw them embracing (it was really Anna). Bianca Is unaware Laura took drugs before they went out to party. Erica teamed Roger is Greenlee's father. Greenlee warned Erica to guard her wallet around Roger. David smashed his hand into a wall when Dixie said it was over between them. Leslie injected David's IV with a lethal dose of painkiller after he was moved to the same hospital floor. • AS THE WORLD TURNS: Julia insisted to Jack that she will never give him a divorce. Denise said goodbye to Bob, Nancy and Ben after accepting a job with a dance company in Chicago. After Craig thwarted Ruby and Gabe's attempt to get an incriminating tape on him. Ruby jumped into Craig's car with him and took off her clothes while Gabe took photos. Craig distracted Bartiara, who was ready to call off their wedding because Jennifer hates him. Craig later learned Sierra, who Is In Oakdale, never signed their divorce papers. Lucinda begged Sierra not to sign the divorce papers so that Craig can't marry Barbara, and thus can't use Barbara's money to pay back what he stole from Bryant's trust fund. Hal told Barbara that he thinks Craig killed Winston. Katie quizzed Simon about his gigolo past. Jake told Molly that he thinks Uen is ill even though Lien asked him to keep mum. Ben, Isaac and Lien asked Jake to help get information on Curtis' father. • THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: In Vegas, Amber and Deacon got closer, but she kept thinking about Rick. Deacon fantasized about being a family with Amber and Little Eric. Brooke fumed when she learned Stephanie showed Rick the photos Brooke had taken of him and Amanda. Brooke believes that by going off with Deacon, Amber has proved her engagement to Rick is a sham. Deacon and Amtier were about to make love when Rk:k pounded on their hotel room door and begged her forgiveness. Morgan gloated to Taylor that Ridge asked her out. During dinner. Ridge tried to get a clue to Taylor's whereabouts from Morgan. • DAYS OF OUR LIVES: Brady was furious that Chloe didn't tell him Victor is alive. After a reunion, Victor told Brady that he made Chloe promise to keep mum that he was alive. Victor asked Brady to keep Chloe away from Philip because he thinks the girl Is trouble. Chloe got upset when Brady said Philip is not the man for her, and then revealed he went out of town (to check out a rehab facility for Lucas). Kate vowed to show Victor she will survive, and then was stunned to leam he is paying for Lucas to stay in a long-term care facility. Kate and Nicole tangled while Victor told everyone at Titan that Nicole has taken over Kate's job as company head. Austin quit when he learned Nicole is his boss. Lexie vowed to see that Isaac's DNA will not match Glen's after Glen and Barb revealed they know Isaac (really J.T.) is Mario's baby and demanded to see the boy. Jack warned that he will sue for custody of Abby if Jennifer tries to take her away from him. • GENERAL HOSPITAL: Jason interrupted Sonny and Cari/s afternoon romp with the news that the jury gave Sorei the death penalty. Carly heard Sonny later tell Sorei that he got the death penalty because he tried to hurt Sonny's family. Roy told Bobbie he wants a new life, after Alexis blasted him for his part in Zander's disappearance before he testified against Sorei. After arguing with Zander, Edward was beaten up and left in an alley. Monica told her family the biopsy showed she does not have cancer. After getting caught in traffic and the rain, Carly was livid that Laura announced Gia is the Face of De- '^t^ ception. Gia felt guilty that she won her title by deception. Gia was thrilled Nikolas said he loves her. After Sonny gave Cariy his share of Deception, she offered to repay him by having his baby. Luke used black­ mail money from Helena to keep his nightclub afloat. Bobbie was stunned to see a drug addict threatening Melissa and demanding drugs. • GUIDING LIGHT: Using the knowledge that Beth would blab to Edmund, Cassie tricked her into unwittingly helping Cassie free Richard. Dressed as a military doctor, Phillip got into the prison and freed Richard. While Edmund searched for Cassie and Richard, they hid in the Santos' San Cristobel mansion. Beth convinced Edmund to send Phillip back to Springfield. Beth told Edmund that she will have to return to Springfield alter realizing Phillip wasn't kidding about taking the children away from her. Frank was furious when Gus said the FBI was taking over the Santos case, and then revealed May is an FBI agent. Danny warned Maria and Carios that he will give the FBI incriminating evidence against them if they don't leave town. Gus vowed to nail Danny when he nixed cooperating with the FBI. Reva and Josh were stunned Marah admitted hiding a wounded Tony in her room. Gus and Hariey clashed at first sight. • ONE LIFE TO LIVE: Gina covered when Ben wanted to know why Rouri<e was at her home, and had him hide until Rouri<e left. Viki knocked out her guard, James, but he still foiled her escape attempt. While Viki watched on closed circuit TV, Gina told Ben that Asa hired the first hit man who tried to kill Ben. Viki caught on when Gina turned off the TV monitor to make Viki think she had seduced Ben. Will insisted Jessica had nightmares about Colin after she said she had recently seen Colin. On Friday the 13th, it appeared Colin rose from his woodland grave, and Bo received reports of Colin sightings. A shadowy figure scared Jennifer and Melanie, and secretly watched Lindsay and Will. Stan' caused a stir during Blair's hearing by releasing a snake in the courtroom. Rae said she will not reveal the name of Skye's father unless she is sure' the man can't hanri Skye. Roseanne learned Cris, Antonio and Bo are out to nail R.J. • PASSIONS: Eve decided to keep mum about her past affair with Julian after TC admitted he thought she and Julian were Chad's parents, and would have killed Julian if it had been tnie. Whitney was unable to accept Chad's official date offer because of her hectic tennis schedule. Rebecca tried to cover after blurting out to Ivy that Ivy's letter (re: Ethan's parentage) was sent to the tabloid via e-mail. Theresa was relieved her suspicion that Ethan teamed she had the file on his paternity on her laptop computer was wrong. Theresa told Pilar that she deleted the file (but is unaware Rebecca sent it to the tabloid first). Sheridan told Luis she would like to get manied and have children in the near future, but later heard him say they will not be mariying anytime soon. Tabitha managed to steal Hecuba (still trapped in a bottle) from Julian. Grace saved Miguel from hell, but he is determined to rescue Charity. • PORT CHARLES: Frank received another message from Cookie even though Karen smashed his old computer because she was tired of his obsession with sending and receiving messages from Cookie. Frank convinced Karen to go along after he an'anged to meet Cookie, who arrived at Kelly's Diner. Amanda had a mild heart attack while arguing with Alison. A key anonymously sent to Alison opened a post office box containing a bag of money. Eve heard Ian tell Arianna that she can stay In Port Charies now that Ben is dead. Arianna had convulsions after Ian convinced her to take an experimental dnjg while awaiting a liver transplant. • THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS: Tricia sent one of the pills she found at Carter's (Matt) place to a lab for analysis. Carter (Matt) was pleased Nick has been charged with homicide. After learning about the homicide charge, Nick vowed to get Warton to reveal who (Matt/Carter) helped frame Nick. Billy calmed Brittany, who worried after the DA quizzed her after finding the discarded ecstasy she bought from J.T. wrapped in her credit card receipt. Sharon defended Carter (Matt) to Victor, stating he didn 't try to seduce her when had the chance. Victor gave Carter (Matt) two days to get out of town. A doctor employed by Lawson Medical HMO complained to Olivia about being ovenNori <ed. Alex believes Lawson Medical is hiding information thai could affect her court case against them. Raul made another appointment with a Lawson Medical doctor. Believing Isabella is in danger, Paul extended her stay at his place.
