PAGfffiEE SEEKS REASONS FOR DISMISSAL Legion Post Would Know Why Miss Lancaster Was Dropped What's Doing Dismissal of Miss Isabella Lancaster, child welfare agent and former war nurse, by Harry K. Dibble, county welfare commissioner. will be questioned at the meeting of the Board of Supervisors tomorrow by officials of Winnek post, American Legion.

Geneva, as a result of action taken by the post Monday night. Commander John E. O'Malley and members of the law and public affairs committee of the post were instructed to appear before the supervisors and ask for an explanation. Miss Lancaster, it was reported, was dismissed by letter ol January 9, saying her services would not be required after December 31, 1932. Concerning the action of Winnek post, the Geneva Times of Tuesday carried a story in part as follows: "Discussion of the case was prompted by Commander O'Malley's action in calling the attention of the Legionnaires to a letter he had written Harry K.

Dibble, county public welfare commissioner, at the request of the members, of the post, in which Mr. Dibble was asked for information regarding Miss Lan-, caster's dismissal.
