Wieners and one quart Sauerkraut, both, for 25c State College Offers Mail Courses P-ullman, Dec. than 100 courses given by mail for home study, nearly all of them yielding credit toward college and university degrees, are listed and -described in a new bulletin issued recently by the division of general college extension at Washington State College. "With economic conditions venting many ambitious young men and women from attending college, an increasing number of young people and older people seek this opportunity of taking college courses," states Dr. Frank E. Nalder, director of general college extension.

"In response to their requests, a number of new courses have been added recently." Business administration, economics, education, English, foreign languages, horticulture, hygiene, mathematics, physfcal education, physics, physiology, political science, psychology and sociology are included in the courses offered for home study. The extension division delivers textbooks and supplies on a non-profit basis to its -correspondence students. A copy of the bulletin may be obtained on request. Women Of Moose Plan Card Party Tuesday Tuesday evening the Women of the Moose planned a card party for December 19. Mrs.

Bertha Piatt-is chairman.of the committee assisted by Esther Jensen and Isabella Plotz. The committee for the charity card party reported $12 for the welfare committee. A' social meeting followed the business meeting with the men Joining them later. Marie Wynn's team in the attendance contest lost to Anna Herndon's team and the former team furnished the refreshments for the latter. Cards were enjoyed the remainder of the evening.
