The Hutchinson News Want Ads To Sign Agreement WASfflNGTON - Secretary of State William P. Rogers and Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei A. Gromyko are to sign later this month — probably on Sept. '30 — parallel agreements for the joint handling of nuclear accidents. The accords were negotiated at the strategic armsj limitation talks in Helsinki. Both Rogers and Gromyko are to attend the session of the United Nations General Assembly opejiing in New York next Tuesday, but American officials said that the agreements would be signed away from the United Nations becai^e they are bilateral accords between the United States and tlve Soviet Union. Knocks Nudity LONDON (AP) - Actress Marlene Dietrich says nudity has no place in the theater.
