Officiating will be Dr. Tom Harrison. The family will receive visitors immediately afterwards in the Church Parlor. Barbara Fay was bom April 14, 1940, in Shreveport, LA, and died October 15, 2004, after a courageous and valiant battle with ALS (Lou Gerhig's Disease).

Barbara Fay grew up in Shreveport and spent her childhood years at Querbes Golf Club, where her father, Ned, was the pro. She attended Byrd High School and later graduated from Texas Christian University with degrees in English and Physical Education. She returned to Shreveport, where she began her professional golfing career, which included tours on the Curtis Cup and World Cup Teams and the LPGA. She retired from professional golf to devote time to raising her three sons but returned to the golf profession as the manager of Par Three Golf Course. She later built Crooked Hollow Golf Course, which she considered one of her greatest accomplishments.

She loved the golf business and will be remembered for her love of the game and her many years of service to the ShreveportBossier golfing community at Par Three and Crooked Hollow. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ned and Dorothy White, and her brother, James Robert She is survived by her three loving sons, Brook Boddie, Peyton Boddie and wife Traci, and Clay Boddie and wife Casey; her two beloved granddaughters, Chandler and Camryn Boddie; her very special friend and caregiver, Janet Talley; her aunt, Jean Fitzgerald; her cousin Bonnie Bassett; and a host of friends whom she loved dearly. The family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Janet Tailey, who has devoted her life to caring for our mother the last two years; to Dorothy Owens for the loving care she provided the last four months; to Debbie Taylor, Dema Whitmeyer, and Diane Lawrence, our mother's special angels who have supported and encouraged her throughout her illness; to the staff of St. Joseph Hospice for their excellent care of our mother and for the many ways that they have ministered to us; to Dr. Michael Fleming, Dr.

USAF Retired) 87 of Bossier City died on October 16, 2004 after a brief illness, having suffered a massive stroke. He was born on December 11, 191 6 and raised on a ranch in southeast Kansas. Dale entered the United States Air Force during WWII and retired after the Vietnam War in 1974 with 31 years service. He served throughout the United States, the Pacific, Europe, England and Africa. After retiring while stationed at Barks-dale Air Force Base, Dale remained in the local area.

Dale was survived by his wife Alma "Lu" Bozman of Bossier City. Dale and Lu shared two sons, Ronnie Bozman and wife Jan of Stonewall and E. Ray Kethley and wife Debbie of Bossier City; and one brother George Bozman of Owensboro, Kentucky. Three granddaughters, Kerri Pierce and husband Jason of Stonewall, Jennifer Peck and husband Greg of Dallas, Texas and Sydney Kethley of Bossier City; one great-granddaughter Natalie Marie Pierce and two great grandsons, Austin and Alex Peck, and a host of nieces and nephews. Dale donated his body to LSU Health Sciences Center for research and education.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary at Waller Baptist Church, 456 Waller Avenue, Bossier City, Louisiana 71112. We will always remember you happiest on the land bulldozing, bush hogging, cutting trees, putting in culverts and just enjoying life as a hardworking farm boy. This is the passing of a great man who was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. Bonds courageously served our country in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. He was a member of the VFW and Masonic Grand Lodge 409 of Greenwood, LA. For over fifty years, he was prominent in the beef and dairy cattle industry in Northwest Louisiana. He was preceded in death by brother, Dorsey Monroe Bonds and stepmother, Bertie Flowers Bonds.

Left to cherish his precious and special memory are his beloved wife of fifty-seven years, Mabel Thompson Bonds, daughter, Andrea Knapp and husband, Jay; son, Robert Dorsey Bonds; daughter-in-law, Becky Brogdon; grandchildren, Sara Kathryn Bonds, Benjamin Reid Bonds, Matt and Lisa Trumbo; sisters, Linda Whittington; Doris and husband, Teddy Brumble; brother, Will and wife, Lela Smith; numerous nieces and nephews, as well as seven great-nephews and one great-great-niece. She also worked several years as a Pink Lady at Schumpert Hospital and was honored one of those years to serve as President.

He was born on March 21, 1918 in Taylor, Arkansas, and the youngest of four sons to John Jefferies and Jenni Barnett Martin. George or "G.B." as he was affectionately called, was a former Vice President of Bewley Furniture Company.

He was an active member of Broadmoor United Methodist for over 60 years and was cherished as a friend by all who knew him. His parents, three brothers and his loving wife of 64 years, Charlien Hellon Kennedy Martin, preceded him in death. Survivors include two daughters, Ann Oliver and husband Ron of Deland, FL and Kay Pentecost and husband Loyd of Shreveport, LA; two nieces, Martha Mitchell Wyre of Benton, AR and her son, Jimmy and Becky Mitchell Ryan of Little Rock, AR and her son, Alan; one nephew, Lawrence Martin of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Leslie Ann Zaffater and husband Jay, Melissa Kaye Mann and husband Bill, Melinda Claire Allen and husband Jerel, Diana Murray and husband Brian, Jeannie Vonderheide and husband Doug, Sandy White and husband, Chuck and Loyd Pentecost, Jr. and wife Rose; great grandchildren, Sophie, Tyler, Jacob, Joshua, Warren, Garick, Taylor, Morgan, Madison and Alex were the delight of his lifel Loving friend and companion, Dr. Jean Driver of Shreveport, LA.
