Judge orn Bryson officiated the six o'clock evening ceremony. A reception followed in the chapel reception hall with music provided by Mike's Light and Sound.

The bride is the daughter of Billy and Jan McKinnon of Greenwood. LA. She is the granddaughter of Glen King and the late Lt. Col. Bobby Joe King, Sr.

of Greenwood, the late Beulah McKinnon of Shreveport, and the late A.A. McKinnon, also of Shreveport. The groom is the son of Berniece and Frank Kovac of DeBerry and Wallace Davis, Jr. and Phyllis Cushion of Little Rock. He is the grandson of Audrey Davis and the late Wallace Davis, Sr.

of Jacksonville, AR, the lute Bobbie igglesworth of Gillette, AR, the late Waller Wigglesworth of Greers Ferry, AR, and the late Charles Bradford, Jr. of Greenwood, LA. Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride chose an elegant ballgown dress which featured a strapless bodice ornately embellished with headed lace applique, defined with a corset laced back. The flowing illusion ballgown tulle skirt, adorned with beaded lace applique, featured a cathedral length train. Her two-tiered fingertip silk illusion veil piped in satin, accented with crystals and pearls complemented a silver jeweled tiara.

Jenny Beene, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Renee' Scheen, Sara King, cousin of the bride, Krissy Laeobee, and Serena Adcock. The flower girl was Cheylan Beene, great-niece of the bride. Corey Bird served as best man. Groomsmen included Danny Dowler, Reggie Lodrige, Zack Wilson, and Shaun Snider.

Cannon Bird served as ring bearer and Amanda Davis, sister of the groom, served as the candle lighter. Brandi is a graduate of Huntington High School and Bossier Parish Community College. She is currently employed as manager of Cedar Creek Village Apartments. Justin is a graduate of Elysian Fields High School. He is presently employed with Halliburton Energy Services and serves in the Air National Guard.

Photo by Owen Photography Sherri Diane Robbins Weds James Edward Oswalt, Jr. Sherri Diane Robbins and James Edward Oswalt, both of Marshall, Texas, were united in marriage at six o'clock in the evening on Saturday, April 23, 2005, at St. Marks United Methodist Church in Marshall, Texas. Pastor Brenda Lucas officiated, with music provided by Leonard Kacenjar and the Festival String Quartet.

A reception was held immediately following at the Marshall Visual Arts Center with entertainment provided by Sandy's Dance Party. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Pridgen, Jr. of Benton, Louisiana and Mr.

and Mrs. Randy Robbins of Shreveport, Louisiana. Her grandparents are Pat Pridgen of Keithville, Louisiana and the late Bobby Pridgen, George Toney, Jr. of Blanchard. Louisiana, and Alice Toney of Shreveport, Louisiana, and Mrs.

Mary Robbins of Greenwood and the late-Rudolph Robbins. The groom is the son of Linda Oswalt and James Oswalt. both of Marshall. Texas. He is the grandson of the late Mr.

and Mrs. Claude D. Oswalt of Springhill, Louisiana and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Brow of est Monroe, Louisiana.

Given in marriage by her family and escorted by her stepfather, the bride was radiant in the strapless, princess style gown, elegantly adorned with crystal beading. The train, as well as the hem of the gown, was also embellished with embroidery and crystals. The fingertip length veil, edged with silk and crystals, was fashioned to the bride's hair with a silver and crystal tiara. The bride carried a bouquet of peach colored roses and hite lilies. Toyah Michels, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor and Andrea Bretberton served as bridesmaid.

Rusty Oswalt, brother of the groom, served as best man and Charles Pratt served as groomsman. Dillon and Jonas Robbins, brothers of the bride, served as ushers. Cody Arnold, son the bride, and Trey Oswalt, son of the groom, were ring bearers. Sherri graduated from Huntington High School, attended Northwestern State University and Ayers Institute. She works at the Family Doctors in Shreveport, Louisiana.

J.J. graduated from Marshall High School and attended East Texas Baptist University. He is employed as an engineer for Baker Atlas in Marshall. Texas. Following a hone) moon trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, the couple ill reside in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Mary Elizabeth Thiel Weds Lewis Scott Mcintosh Mary Elizabeth Thiel of Alpharetta, GA and Lewis Scott Mcintosh of Plant City, FL were united in marriage December 4, 2004, at First Baptist Church of Atlanta in Atlanta, GA. The six o'clock evening ceremony was officiated by Rev. Richard Ferrell and Rev. Tommy Warwick. Reader was Bethany Falter of Plant City, FL.

Music was provided by pianist Gary Menzie and vocalist Amanda Owenby. A reception followed at the church with musical entertainment by pianist Gary Menzie. The bride is the daughter of Janice and David Thiel of Alpharetta, A. She is the granddaughter of the late A.H. Williamson.

Sr. of Ruston, Mrs. Garland Gregory, and Sue Brown and the late Leon Thiel Sr. of Shreveport. The groom is the son of Rebecca and Lewis Simpson Mcintosh ill of Plant ity.

A fingertip veil, sprinkled with rhinestone and pearl star accents, was attached to a rhinestone tiara.

Attached to the bride's gown was a vintage hankerchief that had been carried by several generations of the family brides. She carried a teardrop cascade bouquet of gerbera daisies, white and red roses, stephanolis, lily of the valley, babies' breath, and plumosa. Amanda Owenby of Ft. Worth, TX served as maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Nenna L'kuku of Decatur, GA, Emily Plomcbok of Philadelphia, PA, Christina Wilson of Atlanta, GA, and Serena Ayscue of Plant City, L. Piper Nugent of Marietta, GA served as flower girl. Christian Nicolette of Tampa, FL served as best man. Groomsmen were Tim Falter of Plant City, FL, Jason ise of Virginia Beach, VA, Jerry Tadlock of Plant City, FL, and Andy Thiel of Alpharetta, GA. Kyle Ayscue of Plant City, FL served as ring bearer.

L'shers were Matthew Miller of Spartenburg, SC and Derik Gutowski of Plant City, FL. Elizabeth is a graduate of Kiverwood High School in Sandy Springs, GA, a 2000 graduate of Emory University with a B.A. in Psychology, and a 2004 graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX ith a Master of Arts in Ministry -Based Evangelism and Master of Arts in Christian Education. She is currently a teacher for Hillsborough County, Florida.

Scott is a graduate of Plant City High School in Plant City, FL, a 1998 cum laude graduate of University of South Florida with a B.A. in Psychology, and a 2003 graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX with a Master of Divinity degree. He serves as a minister to student and singles at Turkey Creek First Baptist Church in Plant City, FL. The couple honeymooned in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and Little Gasparilla Island, Florida and now reside in Plant City, FL.

The groom is the son of David and Dorothy Vanderlick of Lecompte, LA. Kristy Dye served as matron of honor and bridesmaids were Stephanie Cash ion. Rachael is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafavette and Louisiana State University Health Science Center with a Master of Physical Therapy. She is a Phvsical Therapist at Willis-Knighton Health System Outpatient Portico. David is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Monroe and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center with a Master of Physical Therapx. He is a Phvsical Therapist at Gentiva Home Health Services.
