1 if- Seriously injured was Mrs. J. W. Cunningham, 60, of 3344 Herndon street. Highland sanitarium attendants said she suffered a fractured collar bone and possibly rib factures.

Mr, Cunningham, 59, was treated for bruises and released, at-, tendants said. Traffic Officer G. G. Pierce said the accident occurred when a car driven by James E. Smith, 19, of 2839 Midway street, ran a stop sign at the intersection.

The Smith car struck the right rear fender and door of the Cunningham vehicle, police said. Joe Cunningham, .24, of 334 Herndon street, was the driver of the car in which Mr. and Mrs. Cunningham were passengers, po nce saia.
