(AP) - The University of South Florida has announced plans to construct a huge Pablo Picasso sculpture on its campus. The model for the concrete structure was created by Picasso in 1961 and entitled "Bust of a Woman." Picasso charged no fee for his work but construction costs must be covered by the university.
