Play Male Roles at Stephens College GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (AP)—Due to their dramatic ability, two Mesa College sophomores will be among the 10 males admitted to the Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, formerly an all-girl school. Scott Chamberlin of Lake Ha- vasu City, Ariz, and John Flynn of Manitou Springs, Colo., were awarded full expense scholarships to the college, which has been admitting a limited number of males recently to provide male cast members for their dramatic productions. Smarsh (Cheryl Wright) Three Pairs Married In Saturday Rites Michael Declwnt j Barbara Graber A Saturday afternoon ceremony in the First Assembly of God Church united Barbara Graber and Michael Dechant in marriage. Parents of the couple arc Mrs. Martha Graber, 1200 East 16th, and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Dechant, Dighton. Officiating was Rev. J. L. Mcintosh. Music was provided by Naomi Fletcliall and George Hindle. Honor attendants were Russ Carrick, Denver, Colo., and . Mrs. Margaret Avery. Other attendants were Mrs. Clifford Avery, Wichita; Shelley Wilson, Garry Dechant, brother of the bridegroom; and Mike Stewart, Dighton. Ushers were Gary Schuler, Ness City, and Clifford Avery. Taperlighters were sisters of the bridegroom, Phyllis and Sharon Dechant, Dighton. Ringbearer was Michael Graber, brother of the bride. The reception was in the Fellowship Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Dechant will be at home at 227 South Poplar, South Hutchinson. The bride attended Hutchinson Community College a n d is employed by Welles Department Store. Mr. Dechant is taking correspondence courses from Berean School of the Bible, Springfield, Mo. He is employed by Liberty Homes of Kansas Inc. Edward Persinger Gayle Kraft Gayle Kraft, daughter of Mrs. Vernon Jantz, Holyrood, was married Saturday to Edward Persinger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Persinger, Emporia. Rev.
