courthouse lawn are so tall and thick that the new central Jury building built to one side of the courthouse is nearly hidden This new building connects to the courthouse by rampway to the main floor leading through what once was the tax office and later commissioners' offices The improvements are confirming and the building superintendent Leslie Chappell says he still sees many firings that need to be done He hopes to install new fluorescent lighting on the second and third floors to give the fresh appearance that the main flow gained with new lights A new painting project Is underway having
