Eggplant meat loaf- with Summer Salads Get Face Lifted With New Sauce A new dressing for the bowl of mixed greens is always good eating news. Creamy French T>rc«ftinK One small clove garlic, 1 teaspoons salt, 2-3 cup salad oil, 1-3 cup vinegar, 1-3 cup heavy cream, pepper to taste—red pepper ,if desired. Cut gallic into pieces on a chopping board and sprinkle with the salt. Mash the salt and garlic together with the flat side of a knife blade.
