Dinner; Chicken-noodle soup, pork chop sucy. asparagus salad, br?ad. butter or fortified margarine, peach coconut Betty, coffee, milk. Dinner: Cream of asparagus soup salmon patties, succotash, lettuce wedges with French dressing, hoi biscuits, butter or fortified margarine, chocolate pudding, coffee, milk. I>innev. Eggplant meat loaf- with Summer Salads Get Face Lifted With New Sauce A new dressing for the bowl of mixed greens is always good eating news. Creamy French T>rc«ftinK One small clove garlic, 1 teaspoons salt, 2-3 cup salad oil, 1-3 cup vinegar, 1-3 cup heavy cream, pepper to taste—red pepper ,if desired. Cut gallic into pieces on a chopping board and sprinkle with the salt. Mash the salt and garlic together with the flat side of a knife blade. Continue rubbing the garlic until it is completely Wended with the salt. Combine the garlic salt with the remaining ingredients. Dinner: Liver and noodle casserole, steamed red cabbage. Waldorf salad, bread, butter or rortltled margarine, rhubarb pie, coffee, ll'c. Dinner: Eggs in green pepper nests on rice.
