This much-anticipated 64-bit version of the popular role-playing series will likely serve as the benchmark by which future video games are measured. The Legend of Zelda's roots date back to 1987 when the original version was released for the eight-bit larities with previous versions end. Ocarina of Time is so different from any other role-playing game that even comparing it to its siblings seems like an injustice. For starters, the traditional turn-based battles have been replaced with real-time action. Rather than relying on hit points and the "your turn, then mine" system, you are now thrust into live action, where survival depends on your ability to wield a weapon with accuracy and quick reflexes.

Gamers will find themselves engaged in intense battles with some of the most creative villains yet seen in a video game.
