"We will march from New York to Washington and attend Wilsons inauguration," were the words of General Rosalie Jones, at the head of the suffragette army, who left Hudson on her march to Albany.

"By leaving early in February we should have no trotfble in reaching Washington by the 4th of March." she continued, "and that's what we'll do. We'll go to Washington a hundred strong, see if we don't," the dauntless leader of the "yotes for women" hikers added as the city line was reached and the "brigade" broke out into the open country. The delegation that left Hudson consisted of General Rosalie Jones, Colonel Ida Craft, Surgeon General Lavina Dock, Alice Clark, Gladys Coursen and Sibyl Wilbur. Stockport, but five miles away, was the day's destination, and they arrived there shortly before noon yesterday. The pedestrians are now afraid lest they will reach Albany ahead of time and propose to travel by easy inarches and get within striking distance of the Capital City, so that in the event of a blizzard they will be able to deliver their message to the new governor on 45g Onions Red and Yellow; very 4Qg It Will Be Presented When Peace Delegates Meet Tomorrow.

London. Dec. 27. The game that the peace plenipotentiaries are playing in the picture gallery at St. James' has now come to the stage where all the craft of the players must le called on.

On Saturday, when next the delegates will meet, Turkey will present her minimum offer as against the allies' maximum demands, and diplomacy must fight it out. Another courier is on the way from Constantinople with fresh instructions for the Turkish delegates, and his arrival is expected by Saturday. Adrianople is still the ointment. Turkey clings fo that city and its great fortresses as grimly in the gallery as did her troops in the trenches. It is now remarked that the Turli will offer Sakmiki as a compensation for Bulgaria if she will give up Adrianople.

If the Rulgars accept the bait the Greeks will undoubtedly make trouble. It was in that city that the first ill feeling between Bulgaria and her southern ally sprang up when the armies of the two occupied Saloniki simultaneously.
