Mexican authorities at A Via Prieta said that two Mexican soitXers were killed by the machine gun used by the troopers tf the Ninth cavalry in the skirmish on the border near here.

This makes a total of six federal soldiers killed since Sunday, when the first fight occurred. None of the American troopers has been even wounded. The entire Ninth cavalry, including the machine gun platoon, remains on the border drawn out in a line twenty miles long. The Mexican troops have not been lighted near the border. Hundreds of refugees arrived here during the night from Naeozari, where trouble is expected, when an armistice expires.
