Bailey, 68, will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, July 28, 1994- at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Mark Sutton, pastor of Brookwood Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Forest Park West. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr.

Bailey died Monday, July 25, 1994 after a short illness. A five year resident of Keithville, Mr. Bailey was born in Tioga, La. and had resided in Shreveport most of his life. He was a member of Linwood Baptist Church, a graduate of Tioga High School, veteran of the U.

S. Navy, World War li, past member of Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors and the Home Builders Association, He was preceded in death by parents, Sedonia and Stephen Bailey. He is survived by his step-mother, Gladys Dodge of Tioga; two sons, Robert "Bob" Bailey and Stephen J. Bailey and wife, Jan; three daughters, Beverly Hough, Connie Beaudry and husband, Danny, Rhonda Watson and husband, Archie; one brother, Wallace R. Bailey all of Shreveport; two sisters, Melba Dean of Norman, Okla.

and Eunice Corley of Tioga, former wife, Nadine Baijey; grandchildren, Kelli, Stephen, Heather, Kristie, Emily, Julie, Tray, Brian, Jennifer, Robert Crystal and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandson, Stephen W. Bailey, nephews: Jerry, Steve and Roger Corley; son-in-law, Danny J. Beaudry and special long time friend, Joe C. Ferguson, Sr.

Weil will be held Thursday, July 28, 1994, followed by a memorial service at St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral at 11 a.m. The Reverend Walter Baer will officiate. Mr. Weil died on Monday at the age of 88, following a sudden illness.

He was born in Shreveport, July 22, 1906, and was one of four children of the late Carrie Florsheim and Harry M. Weil, pioneer residents of thearea. He graduated from Shreveport High School, the Virginia Military Institute and Purdue University with a M.S. in Civil Engineering. He was a member of the Acacia Fraternity, the Shreveport Club and the Shreveport Country Club.

Mr. Weil was connected with the United Gas Pipeline Co. for 38 years before retiring in 1968 and had served as director of Atlas Processing Co. He was also a past president of the Natural Gas Processors Association. During World War II, he served as a commissioned officer in various types of military construction, including duty at the Manhattan Engineer District, Oak Ridge, TN, for which he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal.

In 1966, he retired from the Corps of Engineers Reserve at Lt. Colonel. Survivors include his wife, Frances Calder Weil; a daughter, Susan Weil Eiser and her husband Michael W. Eiser of Cody, WY; two grandchildren, Suzanne Frances Eiser and Michael Frederick Eiser of Pensacola, FL. Mr. Lee died Monday, July 25, 1994 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Perry, La. and had resided in Shreveport for the past 40 years. Mr.

Lee was retired from the U.S. Air Force, was a Baptist and a member of the V.F.W. He was preceded in death by his, wife, Jessie Mae Lee and son, Robert Lee Updegraf, Sr. He Is survived by grandchildren, Robert Lee Updegraf, Jr. of Kentucky and Charolette Loening, Long Beach, CA; six great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Christine Updegraf of Kentucky; four sisters, Ruby Gray of Vidor, TX, Melba Brown of Port Authur, TX, Florence Duron and Velma Johnson; and one brother, Milton Lee all of Neederland, TX.

Biggs died July 25, 1994 in Shreveport after a lengthy illness. She was a homemaker and a resident of Shreveport for 56 years. Mrs. Biggs was a member of the D.A.R., Womens Department Club, Rotary Ann of the Downtown Rotary Club, Shreveport Country Club, the Shreveport Club and former member and avid golfer at East Ridge Country Club. She was also a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church and the Martha Sunday School Class at Broadmoor Baptist Church and a long life member of Wednesdays Ladies Bridge Club.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Williamson; son, Charles (Rick) Biggs, daughter, Linda Sue Lu-mus; brother, W.

H. Williamson, Jr. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Charles F. Biggs of Shreveport; daughter, Molly Ann Templin and husband, Henry of Shreveport; six grandchildren, Derick and Chris Biggs of Dallas, Melinda Ann Lu-mus of Houston, TX and Paul, Katie, and Matt Templin of Shreveport; sister-in-law, Ruth Simington; brother-in-law, Robert Biggs both of Michigan. Pallbearers will be grandsons and two family friends, Bill Hendrick and John Clark.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Andrew Bible Class. He was born in Shreveport, was a former resident of Baton Rouge, La. and had resided in Houston, TX for 13 years. Mr. Lacobee was in retail sales with Bartke Associates. He was Catholic.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Eugenia Lacobee. Survivors include his longtime companion, William Blake Rider of Houston; sisters, Dorothy L. Cobb and Linda L. Lee both of Shreveport; one brother, Edgar J. Lacobee of Stonewall, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Cobb, Mark Cobb, Joey Lacobee, Joey Earnest, David Copeland and Frank Gremillion. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Dunlap and Eddie Burns. at the funeral home. Mrs. Paine died Monday, July 25, 1994 at Tri-Ward Hospital after a brief illness. She was a lifelong resident of Bernice and a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Bernice. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jess Albert Paine.

Mrs. Paine is survived by two sons and their wives, Jerry A. and Ruth Paine of Blanchard, La. Johnny K. and Gail Paine of W.

Miller died on July 26, 1994 at Minden Medical Center following a lengthy illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of Webster parish. He was a World War II Veteran and was retired from the quality control division of the LAAP. He is preceded in death by his parents, Isaac Ben and Eva Heflin Miller; two brothers, Thurman J. Miller and I.

She was born in Georgetown, La. on July 17, 1926 and was raised in Cotton Valley, La. She had been a resident of Shreveport for 50 years. She was a home-maker and a member of St. Matthias Church where she was very active, having served as head of many women's organizations, and presently serving as president of St.

Martha's Guild. She was past president of Mitha Grotto Ladies Auxiliary and presently serving as Secretary. Evelyn was a very kind and loving person who even in death thought of others and donated her organs, that others may live, her eyes that others may see and her body to the Medical Center that a cure may be found for the illness that she died from. Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years, Charles A. Lammons; three sons, Steven E.

Lammons and wife Bea, Ronald L. Lammons all of Shreveport, Randall N. Lammons and wife Janelle of McKinleyville, sisters, Mable Brown and husband Frank of Cotton Valley, Bobbie Mandell and husband Allen of DeSoto, Texas; seven grandchildren and several nieces. Mrs. Sharp died on Tuesday, July 26, 1994 at Schumpert Medical Center after a sudden illness. She was born in El Dorado, AR and has been a resident of Shreveport since 1936. She was a senior clerk for Gulf Oil Company having retired in 1959. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard L.

Sharp in 1976. She is survived by two sisters, Ruth Waller of Lawson, AR and Nel-da Boozer of Lawson, AR; one niece, Melanie Dobbs of Beebe, AR; numerous great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Loid and Sarah Ramsey. He is survived by his wife, Myra K. Ramsey; one son, Loyd W.

Ramsey, six sisters, Mareice Lee, Bernice Lee, Juanita Bell, Melanie Wooten, Christine McElduff and Margaret Pierce; two brothers, Alton Ramsey and Bobby Ramsey and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hunter was a native of Galveston, Texas, and a longtime resident of Shreveport. Mrs. Hunter was preceded In death by her husband, William Joseph Hunter, and her daughter, Mrs. Jack Gray Beaird (Mary Jane Hunter).

Mrs. Hunter is survived by her grandchildren, Jack Gray Beaird, and wife, Linda of Golden Valley, Minnesota, Joanna Beaird Carson and husband, Glenn of Houston, Texas, and David Hardin Beaird of Los Angeles, CA; great-grandchildren Katherine, Joe, and Mike Beaird, Christopher and Kevin Carson and her son-in-law, Jack Gray Beaird.
