Friday, October 24, 1997. Mr. Russell was born in Shreveport, LA and was a lifelong resident. He died in Shreveport October 23, 1 997, after a lengthy illness. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, member of The Iron Workers Local 591, and Fair Park Masonic Lodge.

Mr. Russell was an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. He is survived by his wife of fifty years. Moore also was a member of American Legion Post 525, Zion Hill Lodge 64, Air Force Sergeants Association and the American Military Society.
