Clyde R. Leggett ALEXANDRIA -Clyde R. Leggett, 65, of Pineville, died Thursday in an Alexandria hospital. Survivors include two brothers, Henry H. Leggett of Pineville, and James Leggett of Shreveport; five sisters, Gertrude Leggett and Mrs.

Larry Joy- NHIIEVE Cabbie Pulls His Gun on Passenger A 23-year-old Shreveport man was being held by police last night on a charge of attempted armed robbery after he was outwitted and held at gunpoint by a local taxi driver who was his intended victim, according to police. Police said the arrested man was Lloyd Earl Causey, of 3202 Alabama who was identified by fingerprints made three days ago when he was emplovK by a local private detective agency. They said Causey refused to give a name when brought to the police station. Alan W. Martin, 31, of 132 Ardmore a driver for the Yellow Cab told Detectives Lt.

Walter Humphrey and Sgt. Dan Coker he picked up a man at a drive-in grocery at Midway and Hearne Avenue shortly after 8 p.m. Martin said he was suspicious of the call because of several "rough calls" from the area recently, and had put a small pistol under his leg in the cab. Martin said the passenger first directed him to an address in the 3100 block of Regent Street and then decided to go so the Greenwood Road. As they were passing through the na State Fair Grounds, he said, the passenger suddenly pulled and cocked a pistol and ordered him to drive to Hudson Street and the rear of the cattle barn.

Martin said the passenger then ordered him out of the taxi at gunpoint and that as he slid out he eased his own gun out. Martin said he suddenly shoved the pistol into the face of his passenger and told him to drop the pistol or he would shoot him. He said the passenger complied and he radioed his company headquarters and they called police. Patrolmen D. E.

Hunkapillar, 77, of Vivian died Thursday in Highland Hospital in Shreveport following a short illness. A native of Mario, Mr. Hunkapillar had lived in Vivian 17 years. He was a retired motel owner in Vivian and was a member of the Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.

Marshall, 70, a resident of the Mid City Motel, died at 7:15 a.m. Thursday in Fairfield Hospital after a brief illness.
