Hobley was last seen sleeping in his 1975 Pontiac Catalina in a parking lot at Buene Vista and North Pierre streets. Police discovered the car abandoned in the 2000 block of Chester Street Hobley was said to have been living out of his car. Andrae Toliver, 23, of the 2600 block of Portland Avenue, was shot in the head as he sat in a car In the 2800 block of Missouri Avenue on Aug. 16. Police beheve the shooting was gang-related.
