Friday in Friendship Baptist Church with the Rev. Floyd Duchan and Hardy Beaubouef officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Hixson Jena. Mrs. Jordan, 78, of Jena died at 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday in LaSalle General Hospital, Jena. She was a housewife. Survivors include her husband, B.F. Jordan Sr. of Jena; one daughter, Ruth Curtis of Belah; two sons, Ben Jordan Jr.

of Doyline and Bill Jordan of Tyler, Texas; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Friends may call after 10 a.m. today and until 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home and from noon until time of services Friday in the church. Isaac Landry Jacob MARKSVILLE Services for Isaac Landry Jacob will be at 9:30 a.m.

Saturday in Holy Ghost Catholic Church with the Rev. Charles Coffey officiating. Burial will be in Holy Ghost Cemetery under direction of Hixson Bros. Jacob, 50, of Marksville died Monday in a New Orleans hospital. Survivors include one son, Lance Guillot of Marksville; one daughter, Jessie King of Marksville; three brothers, Lucas Jacob of Marksville, and Leroy Jacob and Nicholas Jacob, both of Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Catherine Leveige of Dallas, Texas, and Lucille Taylor of St.

Springs, his mother, Louella Antoine of Marksville; his maternal grandmother, Julia Parker of Mansura; and two grandchildren. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 10 0 p.m. Friday in the funeral home where a rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday.

Mary A. Langton ANACOCO Services for Mary Alice Langton will be at 2 p.m. today in Beech Grove Congregational Methodist Church with the Revs. Wesley Harralson and Melvin Smith officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery under direction of Hixson, Leesville.

Ms. Langton, 68, of Anacoco died at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday in Byrd Memorial Hospital, Leesville. She was a retired professor of Wesley College in Florence, past director of Oak Grove Christian Academy and a member of Beech Grove Congregational Methodist Church. Survivors include three brothers, Maurice Conerly of Port Arthur, Texas, the Rev.

Abe Conerly of Natchitoches and Jack Conerly of Buna, Texas; and two sisters, Datha Fisher and Dorothy Weeks, both of Anacoco. Friends may call until time of services today in the funeral home. Odessa D. McNeal MARKSVILLE Services for Odessa D. McNeal will be at 10 a.m.

Woman charged in two knife attacks An Alexandria woman was arrested early Wednesday on two charges of aggravated battery after she allegedly knifed another woman and a man. Barbara Ann Goodlow, 20, of 1615 McHenry Alley allegedly used a pocketknife to cut Alice Dotson, 20, and Robert D. Sanders, 27, both of 126 N.
