Yesterday Justice Nort Wynn found C. A. Staley, Raymond truck driver, guilty of reckless driving and fined him and costs totaling more. Staley was blamed for. the wrecking of the auto of Alfred Aranson of Elma southeast of Chehalis Tuesday.

The jury in the federal court in Tacoma yesterday turned in an award of $50,000 in favor of the Puget Sound Power Light Company following trial of the condemnation suit of the city of Centralia involving 1200 acres of land owned by the power company near the Nisqually power site owned by Centralia. Entries are open to any rabbit breeder, and the entrance fee is 25 cents. A number of local people are interested in the rabbit industry, and doubtless many of them will attend this show, and some local rabbits will likely be entered.
