The County Auditor shall annually in due time, manner and season certify the herein provided for in aaauon to levy authorized for other purposes and without condition as to the various amounts as herein provided being included in the annual certification of taxes, County Auditor shall annually enter said respective amounts ior collection, and the moneys arising such tax levies shall be as the County Home Bond Fund.
