Ho and his brother Krwin Smith and another young man, liny Klbert, wore driving a car along the highway when they ran into another car and were tin-own into a ditch. They wore rushed to a Joplin hospital in an ambulance where died within a short time after his arrival at tho hospital. Krwin Smith was inpnred lull, at, last reports ho was bettor. Leslie Smith was a fine young man and was well likod and respected by everyone.

David McNeil recently received word that his brother, Joseph Stewart McNeil whom he lias not seen for thirty years, died at his homo In Chenoa, Illinois, December Oth.
