Couple Pronounce Vows In Episcopal Church, Arcata Setting for the wedding ceremony of Miss Judith Ann Seits, Corvallis, Oregon and Jerry Robin Shercr, Arcala, was St. Alban's Episcopal Church, Arcala. The former Miss Seits is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adraln H.
