Martha was welcomed into God's Glory by her Heavenly Father just before midnight on the 17th of January, 2003. She had just undergone her fourth kidney transplant at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, when the Lord called her home. Martha has joined her beloved father, John Cecil McKellar who passed away in 1990. Martha i is survived by her loving and faithful husband, Allan Collie Grey of Lakeport. She is also survived by her dear, sweet mother, Elva B.

Hall McKellar, 87, of Fayetteville, N.C.; sister Anna J. McKellar Vishinsky of Derby, and her husband, Vic, and their sons, Victor E. and Richard sister Olivia Carol McKellar Queern of Durham, N.C., and her two sons, Caleb A. and Jacob and her brother, John C. McKellar II of Helena, and children, John C.

McKellar III and daughter, Michelle C. Czamanski and her husband, Tom, and their two sons. Also, many other relatives remain who will miss her loving smile and caring heart. Remembering Martha from Collie's family is his father and mother, "Sarge" and Shirley Grey of Longview; sister Karen Pandy Barg of Longview and her two daughters, Jennifer and Tiffany; brother Rob and Kim of Longview and brother Jeff and Barbara Grey of Oklahoma City; also aunts, uncles, cousins and great-nieces. Friends and former patients who were in her care will greatly miss this Angel of Mercy.

22; 2003, in Gilmer. Mr. Moon was a deacon at Simpsonville Baptist Church. He was retired from Upshur Rural Electric and had served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Mr. Moon is survived by his wife, Frances Moon of Gilmer; two sons, John and Cyndi Moon of Gilmer and Harold and Joyce Moon of Gilmer; two daughters, Hartsel and Omega McCellon of Gilmer and Janet and Paul Miller of Gilmer; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Valrea Gipson of Gilmer; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Moon was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Homer Moon and Della Lemmond Moon. Pallbearers will be John William Taylor, Maurice Mask, Sam Clemens, Ollen McCellon, Cleopha Davis and Bud Garrison.

Danny 'Big Dawg' Turner Danny Dawg" Turner passed away suddenly at the age of 54 on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003. In 1967, Danny, a longtime resident of Longview, graduated from Pine Tree High School, where he excelled in sports and had many friends. He received a college football scholarship and left after the first year, joining the U.S. Navy to serve in Vietnam and other ports of call.

Danny had the privilege of serving on one of the biggest transport ships in the world. He later left the service, receiving an honorable discharge. Danny, a talented career machinist, was as good with his hands as he was at making friends. He was the loving, proud father of two daughters, Andrea and Stacy, who currently reside in Texas. Danny was a good man who will be best remembered for his warm, outgoing personality and his wonderful sense of humor.

He was a devoted son and caring brother who will be dearly missed but not forgotten. Danny was deeply loved and is survived by his loving mother, Margaret Turner; his dear sister, Carol Gibson; two brothers, Preston and Mike; two nephews, Matthew and Jonathan; a niece, Breanna; three granddaughters and two grandsons; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Marion P. Turner. Arrangements are by Lakeview Funeral Home, where visitation is this evening, Jan.

Mrs. Tyson was a licensed vocational nurse and did private duty nursing. Mrs. Tyson was preceded in death by her husband. Carl her parents.

I.N. and Josie Bankston: and one daughter. Helen Jones. She is survived by one son, Carl N. Tyson of Austin, and two daughters, Mary Gentry of Houston and Ruth Whiteside of Gilmer.

Survivors also include eight grandchildren, Donna Dunaway, Mike Trotter, Elaine Bayer, Pamela DeGroot, Kristi Robertson, Matthew Tyson, Sarah Tyson and Carla Whiteside, and 10 greatgrandchildren, Gerad Airhart, Drew Airhart, Briana Airhart Bobby Trotter, Kevin Trotter, Mitchell Bayer, Amanda DeGroot, Bailey DeGroot, Blake Thomas and Tyson Robertson. 2 22, 1941, passed away Monday. Jan. 20. 2003. after a lengthy battle with emphysema.

Gayla was a tenacious and spirited woman who will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. "Mandy" and Ruth Treybig of Hawkins, and one sister. Bobbie Kramer of Corpus Christi. Surviving siblings are one brother and sister-in-law.

Mrs. Pippins died Friday, Jan. 17, 2003, at Good Shepherd Medical Center after a brief illness. Services will be held at noon Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, at Pleasant Green Baptist Church, 9270 FM 349, Longview.

Officiating will be the Rev. R.L. Davis, pastor, and the Rev. J.E. Shans.

Mrs. Pippins was employed for a number of years by the Gus Davis family. She is survived by one daughter, Sharon Louise Tipps of Houston; one granddaughter, Demetria S. "Me-Me" Tipps, a student at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.; two stepsons, Curtis Lang and his wife, Sabrina, and Mario Lang of Longview; three very special godchildren, Dana Willett, Bill Willett and Dorrie Davis of Longview; two sisters, Willie Margaret Jackson of Longview and Benetta Williams of Tatum; a devoted nephew, Ambers Jackson of Longview; and very special extended family members Cora Lewis and Ann Coby of Longview. Bryant, 63, of Longview passed away at her home Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003. Born in Shelby County on April 28, 1939. she was the daughter of William M. and Myrtle Henson Williams.

She was a homemaker and a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Jean married Waymon Bryant on March 28, 1956. in Center. Jean is survived by her mother, Myrtle Joffery; her husband of 46 years, Waymon Bryant; her children, Wayne Bryant and his wife, Patti, of Temple, and, from Longview, Susan Bell and her husband, Keith, Renea Bryant and Kyle Wright, Dale Bryant and Tim Bryant and his wife. Tina: six grandchildren, Amy Gore, Casey Whitehurst, Eric Turner, Amanda Hayes and Amber and Courtney Bryant; her great grandchildren, Justin and Hannah Gore and Madison and Travis Baker; one sister, Sue Amburn and her husband.

Gerald, of Shreveport; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by her father, William M. Williams. and two grandchildren, Allison Sturrock and Chase Bryant.

Pallbearers will be Terry Amburn, Tony Graves, Richard Burford, Ronnie Williams, Eric Turner, Bradley Williams, Kenneth Pierce and Mike Crouch.
