The structure Is in 'sections and when erected will be two stories In height. It Is consigned to Prince Toshlbito, of Toklo, Vfbo believes a steel residence will better withstand the earthquakes which are characteristic of the district in which he lives than one of native construction. The steel house was built at Pittsburg at a cost of J21.481. Besides the house, the 'Wilhelmina has towed away in her hold bridge materials, together with nails, spikes and 8,294 steel rails for Yokohama, which will be used in the construction of the Toklo City railroad, to be 200 miles in length. The Wilhelmina will also put Into the port of Vladivostok, Russia, where she will land a cargo of 31 locomotives and tenders, which are valued at $430,200, making oae of the most valuable cargoes to leave tkia port for many years.
