The announcement was made by local company manager Harold Bres. Telephone cables running along State Hwy. 6 to Robeline will be moved to a bypass road connecting with State Hwy. 1. The relocation is necessary, Bres said, because the Louisiana Highway Department plans to widen the Robeline Highway.
