Mrs. James Te Krony 439-1595 The annual meeting of the Sioux County Library board was held in the Hull public library Monday evening, with the local board furnishing the refreshments. Friday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Henry De Leeuw, Mrs Nellie Van't Hul, Mrs.

Nellie Oelrich and Mrs. Kate Humme visited in the home of their aunt, Mrs. Tom De Roster. They brought and served a delicious lunch. Mr.

and Mrs. Henry James Boeve entertained at Sunday dinner for the birthdays of his father, Mr. Henry C. Boeve, which was that day, and for his sister, Darla, which was Friday. Guests were: Mr.

and Mrs. Henry C. Boeve, Darla and Lisa, Mr. Norman Boeve and Miss Mary Franken and Mr. Dwayne Boeve and Miss Paula Johnson.

Afternoon onests were Mr. and Mrs. Ch'H Dwayne De Boer, Dawn J2 Curtis and Mr. and Mrs g-Cenneth Boeve and Mr. John Van't from Woodstock, Minnesota visited with Wm.

Gunnink on Friday. Craig Dean, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Hoksbergen and Patricia Ann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Henry Hoekstra, received the sacrament of baptism in the Protestant Reformed Church Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Lucas De Koster accompanied by Sally Kay De Koster of Des Moines, spent the weekend at Boulder, Colorado, in the John G. De Koster home.

On Saturday afternoon, they attended the Colorado State vs. Iowa State football game in Ft. Collins. Mrs. Lena Van Pykdren from Luverne, Minnesota, spent a few days in the home of Mrs.

Alice Nyenhuis. Mr. John Vander Stelt from Dordt College will have charge of the services in the First Christian Reformed Church Sunday, Sept. 24. Mr.

and Mrs. Jim Van Veldhuizen and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bomgaars returned from a ten day trip to Niagara Falls ind parts of Canada. They went especially to visit with a cousin of the ladies from the Netherlands, who was visiting his children in Canada.

Mr. and Mrs. Walt Boogerd, Mrs. Minnie Boogerd and Mr. and Mrs.

Siebert Haverhals from Sioux Center spent Saturday in the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Te Krony in Clear Lake, S. D. Mr.

and Mrs. Gerald Calsbeek from Sioux Center visited in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Gunnink Sunday afternoon.

The Siouxland Sunday School Rajly will be held in Orange City. September 24 is youth night. Other meetings are scheduled for September 25 and 26. All meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. De Koster led the discussion on court reform at the O'Brien County Bar Association meeting at Sanborn on Tuesday.

Mrs. De Koster accompanied him. Mr. and Mrs. George Oelrich from Seattle, Washington are visiting at the homes of Mrs.

and Mrs. Sam De Jong from Orange City to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gerrit Spronk in Beaver Creek, Minnesota Sunday. Mr.

and Mrs. John Kooiker, Sr. returned Saturday, after a week's visit at the Willis Kooiker home in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They were accompanied by their daughter and granddaughter, Mrs. Bud Rozeboom, anrd-Jpyep'Anrr 1 of Leota, Minn.

Joyce en- rolled as a Junior at Calvin College. John and Sherry Kooiker arrived safely in Japan via Alaska plane trip. They are getting settled in their new home and surroundings both are teaching at the Christian Academy at Tokyo Their address is: Mr. and Mrs. John J.

Mrs. Fred Langstraat returned to her home after having been a patient in St, Lukes hospital in Sioux City. Mr.

Bert Bonestroo is a medical patient in the Sheldon hospital. 1 Mr. Gerben De Jong returned home from the hospital on Wednesday and is making a good recovery. Mr. Jon Scholten, Sr.

had his right eye removed in a Sioux City hospital this past week. He is recuperating at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Sie- besma at Hull. Mrs. G.

Regnerus improves slowly at the Sioux Valley hospital in Sioux Falls. Mrs. Rich Rikkers was transferred from the Sioux Center hospital to St. Joseph's hospital in Sioux City for further observation. Mrs.
