Ba1 ton said Guilford was killed when crawling through a fence charged by power lines. The lines fell on the fence when struck by a tree the negro had cut.

Batton said the tree Guilford was cutting for a sawmill apparently fell the wrong wav, knocking Appointment of an inspector to examine installation of heating and air conditioning units as a fire safety measure was recommended yesterday by the Chamber of Commerce fire prevention committee.
