Frost CROSWELL Ruth F. Frost, 80, died Tuesday, Nov. 22, 1994, in Medi-Lodge of Yale. She was born Feb. 11, 1914, in Richmond, the daughter of the late Andrew and Mabel Frost.

She was a member of Croswell United Methodist Church and life member of Croswell Order of Eastern Star Lodge 236. She is survived by five nephews, Alan, Clarence and Carl Frost and Howard and Eugene Deacons; three nieces, Helen Pratt, Joyce Gusa and Eileen Miller; and one sister-in-law, Rachel Frost of Croswell. 'She was preceded in death by one brother, James Frost; one sister, Viola Deacons; and one niece, Donna Eddy. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday in Pomeroy Funeral Home, Croswell.

The Rev. Grant Cobb will officiate. Burial will be in Croswell Cemetery. Visiting is 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.

An OES service is Friday evening. Memorials may be made to Croswell United Methodist Church. Doris Roll Lindow 1 MARINE CITY Services for Doris Roll Lindow, 86, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Bower-Rose Funeral Home and an 11 a.m. Mass in Holy Cross Catholic Church.

The Rev. James R. Wysocki will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visiting is 3 to 6 p.m.

S. Herbert Barr BROCKWAY TOWNSHIP S. Herbert Barr, 80, a retired Brock-way Township farmer, died Wednesday evening, Nov. 23, 1994, in Medi-Lodge of Yale. He was born near Yale on April 17, 1914, the son of the late Samuel "Bert" and Anna McLarty Barr.

He was a lifelong area resident. His marriage to Mildred Weigel was Nov. 23, 1939 in Yale. They had been married 51 years when she died Dec. 24, 1990.

Mr. Barr was past master of Brockway Lodge 316 AM and past patron of Tri-Star Order of Eastern Star 64. He was Brockway Township supervisor for 25 years and was one of the founders of the Brockway Township Fire Department. He was a member of the Valley Center Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Gene and Nancy of Prospect, 111., Robert and Betty of Yale and Donald and Barbara of Avoca; nine grandchildren; and three sisters, Mildred Rossman of Qwosso, Beulah Silverthorn of Missouri and Lucille Maedel of Livonia.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Harold, in 1968. 2 Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday in the Kaatz Funeral Home, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Elder John Murray of Valley Center RLDS Church will officiate. Visiting is 7 to; 9 p.m.
