that ad valorem tax rate for state purposes would drop from 6 to 4 mills through the income tax law the kilowatt power tax plan if it is approved by the supreme court and governmental economies The plant of the Utah Oil Refining company in Balt take City in the near future The work will start as soon as possible after the return to the city of E- Holt superintendent of the refinery who left for
