that ad valorem tax rate for state purposes would drop from 6 to 4 mills through the income tax law the kilowatt power tax plan if it is approved by the supreme court and governmental economies The income tax law he said would bring in about $100000 a year even in depressed times and the kilowatt tax about $400000 a year- These revenues combined with economies would result in a saving to
