Vitamin By Becky It is essential to the firmness and health of gums and teeth; it is an aid to the health of capillary walls and thus to the prevention of varicostics and the occasional small patches of broken surface capillaries or black and blue marks that mar the skin. It helps to guard against infections, colds, allergies. Recent research also shows that vitamin is needed for the health of connective tissue which cushions bones and joints and gives suppleness to posture and grace to body movement. Remember that vitamin must be taken every day since the body is unable to store it. Also it is a "factor of demand" meaning that what is enough for one person may be inadequate for another.

Foods richest in vitamin are: Rosehip, citrus fruits, black currants, berries, pineapple, avocadoes, tomatoes, green peppers, bean sprouts, all green leafy vegetables. Vitamin is also available in concentrated form, ascorbic acid or Rosehips in tablet form. BECKY'S HEALTH FOOD MART at the corner of JACKSON AND MAIN STREETS IN DOWNTOWN FORT MYERS. GAINESVILLE (P A firstdegree murder warrant was issued Monday for a an 1 18-year-old 11th grade student accused of the two-month-old murder of a 25-year-old graduate student at the University of Florida. The nude body of Carol Persons, missing since July 27, was found in a shallow grave in a field heavily covered with dense brush and palmetto scrub Sunday.

Alachua County Sheriff's Lt. Ron Stanley said the warrant was being served on Willie Samuel Rivers in Columbus, where he was held in county jail on federal charges. Stanley said the gravesite was two blocks from Lincoln High School where Rivers went to school. The white and pink striped dress Mrs. Persons was wearing the day she vanished was found in the grave beside her, Stanley said.

Rivers left Gainesville Aug. 18 to stay with relatives in Donalsonville, Stanley said. He was charged with assaulting a postal employe at Donalsonville on Aug. 29, Stanley said. Stanley said Rivers denied any knowledge of the Persons slaying.

Investigators found the crudely-dug grave Sunday after information was received from one of the 400 persons interviewed in the case. Mrs. Persons and her husband were both graduate students in psychology at the university. They moved to Gainesville last September from Columbus, Ohio, where they attended Ohio State University.
