Whitman said the state Supreme Court had decided to let stand lower court rulings against Enterprise Products Co.

Jack E. Carlisle, died Tuesday in Schumpert Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was 61. Mrs. Carlisle, who resided at 358 Albany, was a native of Walnut Ridge, and received her early education in Little Rock, Ark.

She attended the University of Arkansas and graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Mrs. Carlisle also did graduate work at LSU in speech and drama and taught those subjects at Dodd College in Shreveport. She was a past president of the Shreveport Medical Auxiliary, a past president of the Shreveport District of United Methodist Women and a board member of the Shreveport Symphony. In addition, Mrs.

Carlisle was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority, the Woman's Department Club, the Delphi Club and Broadmoor United Methodist Church. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Broadmoor United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ed Thomas, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery.

Jackson, a lifelong resident of Shreveport, died Saturday in Physicians and Surgeons Hospital. She was a nurse's aide at LSU Medical Center, president of the Twilight Social Club and a member of Delta Sigma Theta sorority and the Le Chere Mi club. Her survivors include her husband, Lougene Jackson; a son, Carlos Jackson; two daughters, Lisa Jackson and Betty Jones; nine sisters and three brothers. Lue Eller Alexander Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today in Smyrna Baptist Church, Atlanta, Texas, for Lue Eller Alexander, 67, of Vivian, who died Monday in Atlanta, Texas, Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

A native of Smyrna, Texas, Mrs. Alexander had resided in Vivian most of her life. She was a member of the Walnut Hill Baptist Church in Vivian. Minden teen-ager killed in crash with 18-wheeler Times News Service MINDEN A 16-year-old Minden youth was killed instantly Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle accident just west of Minden. Robert F. Dandridge, the driver of a 1965 Volkswagon van, was killed when he was thrown from the van after colliding with a 18-wheel Mack truck on the Blue Hole Road about 7:57 a.m. The truck was driven by Lovick Maralis of Atkins.
