in Yale Medical Care Facility. He was born March 7, 1892, in Ama-dore. He married Mae McKenney March 27, 1925, in Ann Arbor. Mr. Lewis was a retired Great Lakes engineer.

He was a member of Croswell United Methodist Church; Lodge 61, AM; Chapter 236, OES; and the Sanilac County Historical Society. He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Zella Peterson, Birmingham, four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Pomeroy Funeral Home.

The Rev. William Bollinger, pastor of Croswell United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Croswell Cemetery. Visiting hours in Pomeroy Funeral Home, Croswell, begin at 7 p.m. today.

Sixth died unexpectedly Saturday, March 29, 1980, in River District Hospital. He was born March 9, 1935, in Detroit. He was employed by Aerospace Vought Corp. He belonged to Masonic-Lodge 550, Warren. Mr.

Ingles married Helen Ridenour June 17, 1972, in Armada. He is survived by his wife; his mother, Edith Ingles, East Detroit; two sisters, Elaine Scruggs, East Detroit, Arlene Schaffer, California; two brothers, Alvin Wisconsin, and Lawrence, East Detroit; three daughters, Nancy Yax, Stacey Parker, and Rhonda Ingles. Marine City; a stepson, Richard W. Falls, Marine City; and a granddaughter. Services will be at 1 p.m.

Tuesday in Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, Marine City. The Rev. Douglas Trebil-cock, pastor, First United Methodist Church, St. Clair, will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery.

Visiting hours in the funeral home are after 7 p.m. today in the funeral home. area. Mr. Condo was a farmer and a former supervisor for Otto Shred Co.

He married Yvonne Ducharem Aug. 16, 1966, in Sandusky. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Jody and Ralph, both at home; three daughters, Patricia, Tammy, and Lisa, at home; his mother, Lidia, Detroit; four brothers, Edward, Coldwater, Richard, Snover, Robert, California, and John, Carsonville; and four sisters, Mrs. Ronald (Gloria) Manke, Royal Oak, Mrs. Ronald (Karol) Adam, Brighton, and Lynette and Barbara Condo, both of Detroit.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Hacker Funeral Parlor. The Rev. Marion Krysiak, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Sandusky, will officiate.

Scott, 59, of 8629 Cade Road, died Friday, March 28, 1980, in Saginaw General Hospital after a long illness. He was born April 14, 1920, in Pontiac. He lived in the Brown City area 40 years. Mr. Scott was employed as an electrician for Chrysler Corp.

He married Elnor Sullivan April 26, 1941, in Ohio. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Don, Brown City, and Jim, Glennie; six grandchildren; a sister, Ann Schu-ler, Marlette; and three brothers. Wil-ford, Marlette, Nelson, Holly, and Charles, Indian River. A son, Russell, died in May 1968. Services will be at 1 p.m.

Maynard F. Hanneke GOODELLS Verna E. Hanneke, 72, of 8542 Morris Road, died Saturday, March 29, 1980, in her home, apparently from a heart attack. She was born July 20, 1907, in Mary-sville, and lived in Goodells most of her life. She married Maynard F.

Hanneke June 9, 1932, in St. Clair. He died Feb. 13, 1968. Mrs.

Hanneke was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Emmett. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Betty) Campbell, Goodells, and Mrs. William (Nancy) Mapl-ethorpe, Avoca; and five granddaughters. Services will be held at 9:15 a.m.

Tuesday in Rister Funeral Home, Avoca, and at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. The Rev. Thomas G. Schmitt, pastor, will officiate.

Martin, retired teacher UBLY Isabel Martin, 70, Ubly, died Friday, March 28, 1980, in her home of an apparent heart attack. She was born June 5, 1909, in Ubly, and lived her most of her life in Ubly. A 1926 graduate of Ubly High School, she scored 63 points in a girl's basketball game, a record which still stands. She taught in Durand, Minden Township and for-16 years in Ubly. A graduate of Michigan State University, she also attended Central Michigan University, Ypsilanti Teachers College, and Eastern Michigan Normal College.

Mrs. Martin was a member of the confraternity of Christian Mothers, St. John's Church, the National Retired Teachers Association, and the National Rural Letter Carriers Auxiliary. She also was a volunteer at Huron Memorial Hospital. She married Walter Martin Sept.

25, 1937, in Owosso. He died July 16, 1968. She is survived by two sons, John Bad Axe, and Paul, New York City; two grandchildren; three brothers, Monsignor Jerome MacEachin, St. Thomas Aquinas Church, East Lansing, Kenneth MacEachin, Dearborn Heights, and Agus H. MacEachin, Ubly; a sister, Sally Morgan, Bad Axe.

Four brothers and a sister preceded her in death. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. John's Catholic Church. Her brother, Mongsignor Jerome MacEachin, will officiate.

Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Zinger Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. today in the church.

Mrs. Milo B. Alexander REDFORD Helen McKee Alexander, 79, Presbyterian Village, formerly of Bad Axe, died Saturday, March 29, 1980, in Redford after a brief illness. She was born April 9, 1900, in Wa-pakoneta, Ohio. Her husband, Milo B.

Alexander, died in 1961. Mrs. Alexander is survived by two daughters, Mrs. James T. (Patricia) Corden, Port Huron, and Mrs.

Robert (Helen) Johnson, Dearborn; and four grandsons. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church, Bad Axe. The Rev. Walton Veurink will officiate.

Man bound over William F. Hayes waived preliminary examination Friday in St. Clair County District Court on charges of receiving and concealing stolen property over $100 and larceny over $100. Judge Wilbur V. Hamm bound over Hayes, 20, of 2605 Riverside Drive, Port Huron, to circuit court.

Hayes is charged in connection with incidents on March 25 to 27. MICH. Obituaries Robert Birtch, storm survivor I'ORT HURON Robert K. Birtch, K6, formerly of 3001 Omar died Friday, March 28, 1980, in Port Huron Hospital, after a long illness. Mr.

Birtch was a crew member of the Lightship No. 61 stationed in Lake Huron during the Great Storm of 1913. The lightship, not far from the head of St. Clair River, was blown off the station during the storm. He survived the storm that killed 250 crewmen on the Great Lakes.

Nineteen vessels were wrecked and 20 vessels were stranded during the storm. Mr. Birtch was to receive his 60-year member pin today from Port Huron Lodge 58, He also belonged to the Woodmen of the World. He retired from Dunn Paper Co. in 1961 after 40 years employment as a machinist.

He was born July 3, 1893, in St. Marys, Ontario, and was a life resident of the area. He married Lillian Durette April 29, 1 1915, in Port Huron. She died April 20, 1964. He is survived by his son, Robert Tuscon, two daughters, Mrs.

Edward (Evelyn) DeWitt, Royal Oak, and Mrs. Frank (Eleanor) Sukis, Port Huron; two sisters, Mrs. Sheldon (Sue) McPhail, Port Huron, and Mrs. George Leone) Blakely, Saginaw; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m.

Schindler, 71, of 7920 Vernier Lane, died Saturday, March 29. 1980, in Mount Clemens General Hospital, after a short illness. Mrs. Sehinder was born July 18, 1908, in Detroit and lived in Fair Haven for 30 years. She was a member of the Anchor Bay Lionettes, the Immaculate Con ception Altar Society, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and Aries 2784, Fair Haven.

She married Donald A. Schindler June 24, 1938, in Detroit. He died Dec. 1, 1976. She is survived by a sister, Mrs.

John (Phyllis) Gore, and several nephews. Funeral arrangements by the Christie Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, New Baltimore, are incomplete. Burial will in St. Mary's Cemetery, New Baltimore. He was former tool and die shop partner in Port Huron and an electrician for Capac Schools until his retirement.

Mr. Schook served in Indochina in World War II. He was a past master of Forest Masonic Lodge 126, Capac, a member of the First Methodist Church, Capac, and was chairman of its Finance Committee. He was active in the Blue Water Council, Boy Scouts of America. He is survived by his wife, Joyce, Capac; two sons, Albert, Mount Pleasant, and Lauren, Bradford, Mass.

Jones YALE Robert H. Jones, 58, of 9505 Metcalf Road, Yale, died Saturday, March 29, 1980, in Yale Community Hospital, of an apparent heart attack. Mr. Jones was born Jan. 16, 1922, in Detroit, and lived in Yale 24 years.

He was a designer at the General Motors Tech Center, and served with the Air Force in World War II. He married Ilene M. Parsons May 14, 1955, in Detroit. He is survived by his wife; a daughter. Miss Cathleen Jones, Kankakatee, his mother, Mrs.

Walter (Catherine) Theeck, Carleton; a sister, Mrs. Eugene (Shirley) Cubbage, Lake Bluff, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, a son and daughter. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Rister Funeral Home, Avoca.
