young men and a Juvenile who had been arrested at 1:30 am yesterday Patrolmen Sanchez and A Ulrich reported they stopped a car occupied by four persons after the driver swerved off the road several times in the 4900 block of McArdle The officers said the driver 20 years old began shouting profanities at them and they placed him under aiTest violation of the liquor law and driving while Intoxicated An 18 year old companion whb had been sittii next to the driver got out ai shouted profanities The 18-year-okl was also taken into custody and while the officers attempted to place them in the back of the patrol car the prisoners began kicking the policemen on their legs and waists They were subdued and placed In the patrol car At this time a 17-year-old boy and a 18-year-old Jumped out of the arrested car the older one armed with a tire tool and approach the officers San chez and Ulrich drew their night sticks and ordered him to drop it which he did While driving to the police sta
