Evelyn Schommer, Port Sanilac, announces the engagement of her daughter, Beth Ann, to Kenneth D. "Dell" Hardison, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hardison Carsonville. Miss Schommer also is the daughter of the late Leo Schommer.

Miss Schommer is a 1975 graduate of Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School and a 1976 graduate of Port Huron Cos- metology College. Her fiance is a 1975 graduate of Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School and will graduate in the spring of 1979, with a bachelor of science degree in education from the University of Michigan. A wedding date has not been set. Bazaar Holiday Festival Friday Nov. 10 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in St.

John's United Church of Christ, Seventh and Pine streets. Homemade soups, sandwiches, hot dogs, homemade pies. Featuring Country Store with homemade baked goods, candies, jams, pickles, chili sauce, etc. There will be other booths such as live plants, white elephant, crafts, needlework, and more. Games for children.

Snack bar open all day. There will be an arts and crafts bazaar, Dec. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Port Huron High School's cafeteria.

The public is invited to sell their arts and crafts projects. To reserve a table contact Janet Dittenber or Port Huron High School's Music Department at 984-2611. It is sponsored by Port Huron High School's Thurderbirds, a precision drill team. Ann Landers can be found on Page 5E. Mr.

and Mrs. Charles Boman, Port Huron, announce the engagement of their daughter, Helen Charlene, to Richard Michael Stebbins, son of Mrs. Ruth Stebbins, Port Huron, and the late Roger Stebbins. Miss Boman is a 1978 graduate of Port Huron Northern High School. Her fiance attended Port Huron Northern High and is enlisted in the National School.

A wedding date has not set. Mr. and Mrs. George Tottens mark Mr. and Mrs.

George Totten celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a dinner party Nov. 6, given in their honor by their children in the Red Buggy Restaurant, near Lexington. Mr. Totten and Rosella Hollandsworth were married Nov. 5, 1928, in the home of the bridegroom's parents in Croswell, by The Rev.
