They were attended by Michelle Pi-emo and David Valkanoff. The bride is the daughter of Gary and Linda Julien of Williamston. The bridegroom is the son of William and Patricia Hettiger of Okemos.

The couple will live in East Lansing. Valerie Sherman and Robert Pratt, both of 5864 Shaw, Haslett, were married May 25 at the bride's uncle's home in Okemos. They were attended by Kimberly Gar-naat and Ricky Gamaat. The bride is the daughter of Bill and Georgine Sherman, 106400 Upton Road, East Lansing. The bridegroom is the son of Ruby Pratt of Jolly Road and the late Gerald (Pinky) Pratt.

The couple will live in Haslett.
