Addressing parliament, Esh- kol said he wanted to remind all villages throughout the country of the need for more vigilance. Eshkol discussed the shooting incident in Jerusalem Monday ir. which two Israelis were killed by alleged Jordanian gun fire, but he made no direct reference to two new incidents Tuesday staged by Arab saboteurs., who infiltrated from Lebanon and Jordan. A military spokesman said infiltrators from Jordan b l e w two holes in a water reservoir at Bet-Govrin and saboteurs from Lebanon exploded another charge at the Yiflah settlement orr the Lebanese border. No casualties were reported, bur Israel protesled bo!n incidents' to the United Nations Iruce supervisory organization.
