RICHARD'S CAlHOHC.lM Rev L J- Pentecost ACTS(1:15)(2:47) Ten days after Jesua ascenrled to heaven ihe Jews celehraled the feast of the harvest called Pentecost. A small Land of the followers of Jesus gathered together in an upper room to pray and wait for the Holy SpJrtL Suddenly the Holy Spirit came upon them. They heard the sound of a might) rushing wind. 'ITicy ran into the street where men from all nations were gathered to celebrate the feast of Penlecoist. Even though they spoke in many tongues they heard the story of the Holy Spirit in their own language and were able to understand. That day more than three thousand were baptized. Pentecostal Sunday is the celebration of the beginning of the early Christian church. Celebrate Pentecost at your church thin Sunday. . T HORSE HORSE CHAPEL. R«. Jack MtcDoraM. pti!Qr.
