SECTION t- He ordained by the City Gannett of Opdcn City, That parents and guardians of children afflicted with scarlet fever dlptherla, small pox or any other contagious disease, ahull not permit such children to attend school, after it becomes known to such parents and guardians that they are afflicted with any such disease. SEC, 2. SEC. 3. No public funeral of anyone who has died from smallpox, scarlet fever or Ogden City. A mblic funeral is hereby defined to be one where indiscrimate attendance of persons not Immediately connected with the family allowed. SBC, 4.
