The charges, filed in July by the City Attorney's office, were dismissed by Municipal Court Judge Maral Kirakosian. Reilly to work AL playoff series Mike Reilly of Battle Creek will join five other American League umpires to work the 1987 league playoff series, it was announced Monday.
