The movie, "One will be shown at the Senior High Youth Group meeting at 7 p.m. The Fortnightly Fellowship Clinton Man Bound Over to Assault Trial MARSHALL Kenneth Cole, 32, of Clinton, was bound over to Circuit Court for arraignment on April 30, following examination yesterday in the court of Justice of the Peace Lamar Rushford of a charge of assaulting police. He was released on $1,000 bond. Cole, appearing with his attorney, Harold Bristol, Coldwater, is charged with assaulting a police officer March 16, following an accident when the Cole was driving went out car of control, and struck two houses on S. Kalamazoo Street.

Cole at that time was charged with reckless driving. Officer Dennis Gage, who is alleged to have been the object of Cole's attack, suffered severe cuts of his right hand and his nose. His glasses were broken and his legs and head were bruised when he was struck repeatedly while arresting Cole and taking him to Oaklawn Hospital for medical attention. Handcuffs that had been placed on Cole after he broke Officer Gage's glasses were responsible for the cuts, police stated. by law and Court rule.

Olivet Lecturer To Speak About Swiss Playwright OLIVET Dr. Ursel Doris Boyd, professor of German literature at the University of Maryland, will be the featured speaker at another in the series of Olivet College Scholars' Lectures April 27 at 8 p.m. in the Klock Commons of Dole Hall on the Olivet campus. She will speak on "The Swiss Dramatist Friedrich Duerrenmatt: Foremost Playwright of the German-Speaking World." As the wife of an American Army officer, Dr. Boyd migrated to the United States and continued her studies.

Specializing in law, Dr. Boyd received a doctorate in law from Washington University, St. Louis, Mo. Her Ph.D. was earned at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Boyd is a friend of Duerrenmatt and has published several treatises about the playwright and is highly regarded as an interpreter of, and an excellent speaker about his dramas. Area Obituaries Mrs. Ralph Hoswell MARSHALL-Mrs. Annie Hoswell, 92, formerly of Route 3, Marshall, died Friday afternoon at the William E.

Morgan Medical Facility where she had been a patient for more than three years. She was born in Pattensburg, a daughter of Thomas and Melinda (Perry) Kennedy. She and Ralph E. Hoswell were married on Dec. 9, 1897, in Pattensburg.

They came to Michigan in 1935 and Mrs. Hoswell moved to Marshall from Hillsdale following the death of her husband in 1949. She was a member of the Christian Church of Pattensburg. She is survived by a nephew, Lyle Everetts of Grand Rapids and one grand-niece Mrs. William D.
