Estes-Leadley Company Adds Second Motor Hearse The hearse pictured above has been added to the Estes-Leadley fleet of automobiles during the past week, the second landaustyle to be operated by that company.

It was built by the Eureka company of Rock Falls, on a Cadillac chassis. The interior is done in mohair in two colors, blue and gray taupe. One of the advantages of the car 1s an electrically -operated sideloading casket table. This particular model has the distinction of having the lowest casket table of any side-loading funeral car, thus making it easier for pall-bearers to place the casket in the hearse. The other landau hearse operated by the Estes Leadley company has A rear-loading casket table, this feature sometimes being a convenience to pall-bearers.

In this car the casket table can be extended to the rear 27 inches beyond the rear door and the table is even lower than that of the side-loading table in the other hearse. Manufacturer of this car was Sayers, and Scovill company of Cincinnati, also on a Cadillac chassis with the two-color interior of blue and gray taupe. R. A. F.
