It would be some years before the scheme could materialize, it was explained, as several nations have yet to be canvassed, and even should an agreement be reached the plan acreed upon would have to be ratified by the various governments. The change proposed has been evolved from a movement here to make Faster a f.xed date, and Lord Desborousrh, one of the promotors of the Ulea, announced not long ago that he intended in the near future to reintroduce his bill to bring this about, his first efforts having been rejected in the House of Lords in April. 1021. Generally, it is stated, the Anglican church is in favor of a fixed Faster, while the question has also been considered by a committee which includes representatives of the Tapacy, the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Ecumenical Patriarch. Officials believe that the whole matter is one which affect3 business much more materially than the churches, and railway directors contend that the suggested new calendar would simplify all railway arrangements Fast Buffalo Livestock East Buffalo.
