"We're going to be having a 'viewer alert' on the program, said Branch County Detective Sgt. Pat Loss. The segment will include a description and photo of Krantz, and telephone numbers where people can call if they believe they spot him.

"I believe he's left the state, and I have a feeling he's maybe in the South somewhere," but authorities have no other clues to Krantz's whereabouts, Loss said. "We hope someone identifies him, and notifies authorities. We don't want people trying to apprehend him on their own. The man is dangerous, considered armed, and we don't know what he may do. Obviously he has nothing to lose right now," he said.
