Ex-Lone Rock ii Arizona Feb. 24 Lone Reck ser vices were held at the First Christian church in Phoenix oh Feb. 24 for Donald D. Marlow, 58, former Lone Rock resident. He died at his home there on Feb.

21, after a brief ill. ness due to cancer. He moved from Lone Riock in 1956 and had since been employed as head custodian at Margarita School in Phoenix. Interment was held in Glendale Resthaven cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Catherine; two daughters, Mrs.

Delilah Borg of ix and Mrs. Virginia Tilford of New Jersey; and one son, Donald Marlow, of Los Angeles, two step-children, Mrs. Mary Winkel of Seattle and Lyle W. Allen of Omaha and eleven gfaftdchiidfefi, Jiis mother, Mfs. Clafa low of Heritage Home, Bancroft; tour sisters fend twe brothers.

Those attending the dl were P. Martow, Bttrtj Mrs. Lois Bristow, LuVerne; Mrs. Lucille Seegebarth, Lone Rock; Mrs. Sylvia Harms, lied' field, S.

D. Mrs. Velma Hold- Sedan, was unable to attend. 'Residents from this area who are vacationing in Phoenix and were present at the funeral were Hugh L. Walsh of Lone Rock, Mr.

and Mrs. Andrew Thomsen of Lone Rock, and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph C. Thompson of Algona.

The memorials which was ed from this area were tributed to the American cer Society. Evening services were held Sunday at the Lone Rock Presbyterian church. This was the first of a series of Lenten services which will close on Palm Sunday. Bach Sunday evening there will be a speaker. Adult Bible study has been changed to Tuesday.

They saw Indian Wells golf course ed by Desi Arnez and also saw the Date Festival at Eldorado and also took the Tramway ride up to the San Jacento mountains and took the tour through Thunder Bird Boulevard where several famous movie stars live. They also saw TV shows at Los Angeles, such as "Lets Make a "Hollywood Palace" and the "Jerry Lewis and went to 20th Century Fox where they have just completed Dr. Doolittle, and were setting the scene for the show, "Hello They started home Feb.

Jim Brown and Richard Bristow went to Sioux Falls, S. Saturday where they met the plane that brought P. W. Marlow, Mrs. Richard Bristow, Mrs.

and Mrs. Donald Fandel and family and an uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. H. J.
